We have our own QC system :General Manager------QC manager--------7 QC in different production line (1 QC for material and cutting production line.2 QC for sewing production line .2 QC for stitching production line,2 QC for finishing product line)

Quality and Safety is our first priority.we are following a strict and completed quality inspection & control system, which control the whole production process from raw material to finished products exported.

1) All raw materials and accessories must be checked or tested before entering production facilities.

2)During production, our quality control team is inspecting the production lines all the time.

After sewing before stuffing the plush skin should be pass the metal detector.

3)Finished products before packing should be pass the metal detactor again also there is a thoroughly inspeciton when each piece has to pass the critical eye of our QC managers.

4)If you need, we would like to apply for the third party inspection like BV,SGS,AI for our clients .

5)All of products meet EN71,CE,ASTM963,REACH ,CPSIA,AZO FREE and so on safely standard.
